ABOUT THE PICNIC: The PHL Innovation Picnic celebrates the collective spirit of the region’s innovation ecosystem. Collaborating with key leaders in the area’s technology and entrepreneurial communities, the Picnic’s organizing partners have joined forces to realize a unified mission to assemble our networks and build a stronger community. The PHL Innovation Picnic will deliver food, drinks, games and comradery. Most importantly, it will support the organizations building the pipeline to ensure our community thrives for years to come.
Sometimes exploration is worth it. Sometimes you just spent a week of the team’s attention answering a question the founder could have tested in an afternoon. That is the part I think leaders underestimate. Ideas do not only cost money. They cost time, focus, and brainpower long before anyone approves a budget. The question I’d want answered is: how much of the organization does this idea deserve yet?
