To close out our 8th annual year, we're shutting things down! That's right - The Reading Terminal Market is closing it's doors to the public and the Philly tech scene is taking over. Come hungry! There will be ample food selections to choose from - as our favorite vendors are offering tastings all nights.
Ask a room of leaders why they set goals and most will say accountability. That answer creates the problem. Goals exist for alignment. The company needs to reach a number, so this group does this, that group does that, and together the math works. Everyone is pointed in the same direction. Focus comes second. A good goal tells you what to say no to.
