This is the second of two PNTM events in April, celebrating what is almost our first birthday, and part of Philly Tech Week. This one will be a big networking event (something you've requested!), bringing Philly food, beverage and spirits entrepreneurs together with our Tech community.
Our region's food entrepreneurs are an impressive group. We've invited many to demo or sample their products to a room filled with Philly's Tech scene, including media, investors, politicians, innovators, entrepreneurs, and prospective customers. The networking will be high caliber. We'll have a guest speaker, likely a very successful food entrepreneur. We'll also have our regular cast of sponsors to keep the event free to attend or exhibit.

Sometimes exploration is worth it. Sometimes you just spent a week of the team’s attention answering a question the founder could have tested in an afternoon. That is the part I think leaders underestimate. Ideas do not only cost money. They cost time, focus, and brainpower long before anyone approves a budget. The question I’d want answered is: how much of the organization does this idea deserve yet?
