Using BestWork DATA strengths analysis, this workshop will allow your team to understand, compare, and share their personal "Working With Me" report. Your team will prepare by completing an assessment which will identify key traits and give insight to how these traits play within interpersonal working relationships. Empower teams to lead the leaders and create shared accountability across relationships. This session includes a pre-workshop survey to identify challenges specific to your organization to which these lessons can be applied. Using frameworks from HBR's Guide to Managing Up and Across, they will learn techniques to communicate priorities, anticipate their leader's needs, and be a source of resiliency and focus in times of stress.
