Mike Krupit, Founder
Mike founded Trajectify to focus on coaching entrepreneurs of young companies and small businesses. He is the veteran of eight diverse startups, both East and West Coast, and has been a fixture in the booms and busts of the last 30 years.
He was a young software geek that grew from CTO to COO to CEO as he developed his strong sense of leadership. Mike honed his management skills with the young companies as they became successful exits and mature businesses, including three IPOs and a bunch of mergers and acquisitions.
Chuck is a business coach with more than 30 years of management and leadership experience with entrepreneurial businesses, as well as leading firms including Prudential, General Electric and Nationwide Financial. Chuck believes that every business, regardless of size or circumstances, can improve results by developing more effective and efficient business practices.
Working most often works behind the scenes as a confidential coach and advisor with business leaders, Chuck helps leaders develop greater competencies and solve organizational challenges.
Joe is a business coach, venture investor, and capital markets advisor. He applies his strategic insight, capital markets experience, and financial analysis knowledge to help his clients navigate their own unique path to growth.
Joe utilizes a combination of proven frameworks along with experiences from his investing and operating career to help his clients set and achieve goals. From his perspectives as a venture investor, Joe helps his clients identify key areas for development and serves as a catalyst to maximize confidence in capital raising situations.
Joe is a thought leader in the product management space. His first professional job involved playing video games for 9 hours a day. After experiencing early signs of brain rot, he decided to teach himself how to write software. His entire career is characterized by this “why not?” attitude.
In addition to his product coaching, Joe is currently the founder of Sharey, a lead-generation tool that adds a personalized call to action to curated social media content. Prior to founding Sharey, Joe worked with a range of companies to bring high-tech consumer products to life including AWeber, MeetMe, MusicChoice, Intellifit, and ENSONIQ.
